The title pretty much tells the story. Overall, it brings up the question why great quarters get hated on because of an analyst miss and less than stellar quarters get praised because of an analyst beat, even if very small.

This article compares how some of the other "hyped" IPOs of 2011 did on the first trading day and how they traded there after. It goes into using a short-term trading strategy of how to play Zynga on the first day.

As the title of this post suggests, this article goes into my history as a Seeking Alpha writer, my current thoughts on previously recommended companies, and some successes I had along the way, but also what and how I have learned during my journey. It also discusses part of my thought process in regards to the reason I may have recommended a stock and suggestions pertaining to it.

It goes through my experience over the 16 months as a writer and an investor. It goes through my ups, downs, and even atrocious recommendations. Most importantly, it goes through my past and present thought process on the past companies I have recommended, but also how I have learned a great deal over that time.

Basically it shows how large cap stocks, some that would be considered safe, can have great returns both short-term and long-term. It goes into how each one meets certain criteria based on the fundamentals and what I look for when investing in Large cap stocks, as generally I invest in riskier stocks, but these provide excellent potential
