M&T Bank Corporation (NYSE:MTB) announced that it has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.70 per share on its common stock. The dividend will be payable September 30, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 1, 2011. M&T is a financial holding company headquartered in Buffalo, New York.

T.L.L. Temple founded Southern Pine Lumber Company and started operations in Diboll, Texas, in 1893 with the purchase of 7,000 acres of timberland. The sawmill in Diboll began operations in 1894, cutting 50,000 board feet of lumber per day.
