Warren Buffett's company said Monday it plans to spend about $9 billion cash to add specialty chemical maker Lubrizol Corp. to the eclectic mix of businesses inside Berkshire Hathaway Inc.

Hospitality Properties Trust (NYSE:HPT) announced that its board of trustees has declared the regular quarterly dividend on HPT's Series B Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares. A distribution of $0.5546875 per Series B preferred share is payable on or about April 15, 2011, to holders of record at the close of business on March 31, 2011.
