(NYSE:CRI) reported its fourth quarter and fiscal 2010 results. “We were very pleased with our fourth quarter performance, which was driven by continued strong demand for our products, particularly in our Carter’s wholesale and retail business segments,” said Michael D. Casey, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.

Senior Housing Properties Trust (NYSE:SNH) announced its financial results for the quarter and twelve months ended December 31, 2010. Funds from operations, or FFO, for the quarter ended December 31, 2010 was $57.2 million, or $0.44 per share. This compares to FFO for the quarter ended December 31, 2009 of $52.4 million, or $0.41 per share.
