LaserCard Corporation (NASDAQ:LCRD) announced an investigation into possible breaches of fiduciary duty in connection with the proposed acquisition of LaserCard Corporation (referred to as "LaserCard" or the “Company”) by ASSA ABLOY AB (“ASSA ABLOY”) in an all cash tender offer valued at approximately $80 million.
