Heckmann Corporation (NYSE:HEK) announced on December 1, 2010 that it has completed its acquisition of Complete Vacuum and Rental Inc. (“CVR”), a private oilfield produced water disposal and transport company based in Carthage, Texas. CVR owns and operates more than 175 tractors and trailers along with 6 active disposal facilities plus an additional 4 permitted sites.
