** On its third quarter fiscal 2011, FTK posted revenue of $75.1 million, an 87.7% increase year over year and net income attributable to common stockholders of $17.9 million, or $0.38 per common share (basic), compared to a net loss of $2.4 million, or ($0.09) per common share for the same period in 2010.

Education Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE:EDR), one of the nation’s largest developers, owners and managers of collegiate housing, completed the purchase of two collegiate housing communities adjacent to the University of Virginia (UVA). The apartment communities were purchased from Wade Apartments, one of the largest student housing owners in Charlottesville.
