Previously during a meeting of the Board of Directors of The Laclede Group, Inc. (NYSE: LG), the Board increased the quarterly dividend from 40 1/2 cents per share to 41 1/2 cents per share on its common stock, which represents $1.66 per share on an annualized basis. The dividend will be payable on January 4, 2012 , to shareholders of record on December 12, 2011.
