GTX Corp. (GTXO.OB) takes Personal Tracking Technology Up Close and Personal with Google Maps
GTX Corp. (OTCBB: GTXO) announced the integration of Google Maps API Premier into the tracking platform of the gpVector Personal Location Service (PLS) technology. The PLS system is the size of a matchbook, equipped with a location-reporting module that utilizes GTX’s tracking technology, delivering real-time geographic coordinates via Google Maps, through cellular transmission.
Google Having Second Thoughts About Yahoo Ad Deal
The only reason Google agreed to do it was to try and help Yahoo fight off the advances by Microsoft. Since Microsoft has now withdrawn from the offer (at least on paper), the basic reason for Google having to help Yahoo is no longer there. Also, WSJ report says that people at Google are worried about Google having to share advertising related data with Yahoo.

With the ridiculous news coming out of comscore a few weeks back the stock was punished for comscore's paid click data. Google though had already told us that they were reducing bad clicks and that there click data could suffer, but that it would generate higher revenue per paid click. Obviously they were correct and comscore now has zero credibility!
Google's first-quarter profit climbed 30%, earning $1.31 billion, or $4.12 per share, during the first three months of the year. That compared with $1 billion, or $3.18 per share, in the first quarter of 2007. If not for expenses to cover stock given its employees, Google said it would have made $4.84 per share.
Analysts, on average, projected $4.52 per share.
