** ITI reported financial results its third quarter fiscal 2012, posting net sales and contract revenues of $14.9 million, a 24% increase year over year, and net income totaled $0.7 million or $0.02 per share compared to a loss of $7.0 million or $(0.20) per share in the same period the prior year.

HGIC, Harleysville Group Inc.

** Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company and Harleysville Mutual Insurance Company and HGIC reported that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Harleysville will combine with Nationwide.

Cal Dive International, Inc. (NYSE: DVR) will conduct a conference call to discuss its third quarter results on October 29, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. Central Time.
