** CRWE reported that it will implement a forward stock split of its common stock on a one-for-ten basis. In connection with this forward split, the Company will increase its authorized shares from 500,000,000 to 1,000,000,000 shares. An effective date for the split has not been determined but is expected to occur in late July for shareholders of record as of July 15, 2010.
