Juniper Networks (NYSE:JNPR) reported preliminary financial results for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2011, and provided its outlook for the three months ending March 31, 2012. Net revenues for the fourth quarter of 2011 decreased 6% on a year-over-year basis, and increased 1% sequentially, to $1,120.8 million.

Crown Equity Holdings Inc., (CRWE)

Quiksilver Inc. (NYSE:ZQK) announced that Joe Scirocco, the company's corporate Chief Financial Officer, has decided to leave the company to pursue other interests. Scirocco, who has served as CFO of Quiksilver, Inc. since April 2007, plans to continue in his current role for a period of time while the company performs a search for his replacement and to enable a smooth transition.
