The Cooper Companies, Inc. (NYSE:COO) announced that its Board of Directors has approved a share repurchase program, authorizing the Company to purchase up to $150 million of the corporation's shares of common stock.

** On its fourth quarter fiscal 2011, ZQK posted revenues of $545 million, a 10% increase year over year.

Consolidated net revenues for the full year of fiscal 2011 grew 6% to $1.95 billion compared to $1.84 billion in fiscal 2010.
