Johns wrote a great article on Pfizer and their recent restructuring plans. It looks like they have no real direction and are just trying to do whatever they can to prepare for their patent expiration in 2011. They are going to cut $3billion dollars in expenses by 2008. Seems to me that they should be focused on creating their next drug, not cutting jobs.
