At $73 per share, Ockham Research views Norfolk Southern shares as over-valued and at risk for a pull-back. The stock is up 44% year-to-date and, based on our metrics, is more than fairly valued. Like most other companies, NSC faces headwinds in the sluggish domestic economy and the fully-valued share price is too rich for our tastes at present.
