Openwave's CFO departs, new chairman named

Openwave Systems, which provides server and client software products and services for the communications and media industries worldwide, named Charles Levine non-executive chairman of the board, replacing interim Chairman Robert Vrij, who will continue as president and CEO.
A bit of bad news is that they lost their chief financial officer Jean-Yves Dexmier, with no explanation as to why.
The stock was down 24% this morning.
