Countrywide Financial Corporation announced today that it will hold its Special Meeting of Stockholders on June 25, 2008 to vote on the business combination between Bank of America Corporation and Countrywide. The meeting will take place at 9:00 am PDT in the Learning Center Auditorium at Countrywide's corporate headquarters, located at 4500 Park Granada, Calabasas, California.
