Icahn Sets Yahoo Price Share Value At $34.375
Icahn states that he will terminate the faux severance plan if he gains control and asks Bostock to "stop dancing around the subject and publicly offer to sell the company to Microsoft for $34.375 per share and promise to cooperate completely."

Icahn Will File Yahoo Proxy Board Slate

Carl Icahn is going to move forward with a full proxy slate to replace Yahoo's board of directors, Reuters reports.
"Icahn, who has amassed a large stake in the Internet company, has lined up at least 12 potential board candidates," Reuters reports.

Icahn Mulling Yahoo Proxy Fight
Carl Icahn, it seems, bought a cool 50 million Yahoo! shares in the past week alone, worth about $1.3 billion which gives him a 3.5% stake in Yahoo! Inc., and is now said to be considering a proxy fight with the Yahoo Board. He has also sent out feelers to Microsoft, trying to get them to reopen negotiations.
