** On its third quarter fiscal 2011 results, VELT posted revenue of $38.2 million, an 85% increase year over year. VELT is increasing its organic and consolidated guidance for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2011.

VELT also reported the acquisition of Mobile Interactive Group, the United Kingdom's largest mobile marketing company. According to the company, the acquisition expands VELT's lead as the world's largest mobile marketing company based on revenue, customers, consumer reach and technology holdings.
