RLI Corp. (NYSE:RLI) announced recently that Joseph E. Dondanville, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, is retiring and Thomas L. Brown has been appointed Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective September 1, 2011. Mr. Dondanville will assist in providing a seamless transition until his retirement in November 2011. Dondanville joined RLI in 1984 and has served as the Company's Senior Vice President since 2002 and Chief Financial Officer since 1992. During his 27-year career with RLI, he was Chief Accountant before becoming Vice President and Controller in 1985.
