Barry Diller's media conglomerate IAC/InterActiveCorp, which includes HSN, Ticketmaster and CitySearch, said Tuesday hefty charges pushed down profit by 85% in the fourth quarter, but revenue climbed in each of its divisions.

Analysts expected earnings of 53 cents per share, which sent the stock down over 2% in early morning trading.
