I am introducing you to one stock that I consider to be ridiculously cheap. Today, I'm telling you that I'll be buying WTWO, W2 Energy, Inc. This small-cap, under-priced stock isn't getting the respect it deserves. Read on and I'll explain why.
Not exactly an industry with great PR
Make no mistake about it, W2 Energy, Inc. (WTWO) is not a sexy stock. The company is in the business of natural gas liquids and its revenue streams can be broken down into three main components.
A troubled history
One of the reasons that W2 Energy, Inc. (WTWO) is so attractively priced today is because it has dealt with a prolonged string of bad news. Primarily the number of reverse splits over the past 7 years has killed its shareholder base. You really must wonder why I'm telling you that I'm buying this, read on, I'll explain why.
Security Notes
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 10 split. Pay date=12-15-04.
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 20 split Pay date=01/25/2008.
Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 100 split. Pay date=11/21/2011
On a bright note!
W2 Energy, Inc. (WTWO) passed a FINRA check, the (d) was removed from WTWOD after the r/s was done, also, word is they plan to go fully reporting, uplisting from Pinksheets to OTCBB. I really feel their CEO is taking the company down the right path.
Michael McLaren – President, CEO, Director
Michael McLaren has been in the high technology industry for 20 years his past experience includes a number of Military and government projects in high-energy physics, advanced robotics and weapon design. Mr. McLaren has been with W2 Energy since its inception and prior to that was with General Cybernetics since 1998 which was a division of World Wise Technologies Inc. Mr. McLaren has a Masters Degree in Science, Masters Degree in Business from University of British Columbia.
The REBIRTH of WTWO
Yes, I'm calling this a rebirth. 2012 will be a big year for WTWO. Call 2012 a ‘stepping stone’ year where the company will show they are for real with solid project development and profit generation. I see W2 Energy, Inc. (WTWO) as a ground floor investment, putting aside the 3 reverse splits. W2 Energy, Inc. (WTWO) finished 2011 at the 52 week high of $0.01 (before the r/s). I’m putting the past behind us and believe that is what Michael McLaren is doing as well, with the company headed in the right direction now.
