Hillenbrand, Inc. (NYSE:HI) has completed its previously announced acquisition of privately held Rotex Global, LLC, for a purchase price of $240 million in cash, subject to certain post-closing adjustments.

Hillenbrand, Inc., through its subsidiary, Batesville Services, Inc., manufactures, distributes, and sells funeral service products to licensed funeral directors operating licensed funeral homes.
