+25 pts: German President Merkel -  Supports ECB statement
-10 pts: German Finance Minister -   Schaeuble denies bond buying intentions
-18 pts: ECB Board - Leaves interest rate unchanged, Draghi looks stupid, where is 'everything'
+27 pts: US jobs adds 163,000 ONLY, says no recession yet.
