** On its third quarter fiscal 2011, HEK posted record revenues of $47.8 million, compared with $1.9 million in the same period a year ago.

Net income from continuing operations for the third quarter of 2011 was $2.6 million, or $0.02 per share, compared with a net loss of $2.2 million, or ($0.02) per share, for the third quarter of 2010.

HEK is a services-based company focused on total water solutions for shale or "unconventional" oil and gas exploration. HEK's water solutions segment is called Heckmann Water Resources, or HWR, and includes water disposal, trucking, fluids handling, treatment and pipeline transport facilities, and water infrastructure services for oil and gas exploration and production companies.

IPAR, Inter Parfums, Inc.

** IPAR reported results for its third quarter fiscal 2011, posting net sales of $171.7 million, a 42.1% increase year over year. IPAR now expects 2011 sales to approximate $570.0 million.

Net income attributable to IPAR in the third quarter 2011 rose 24.5% to $10.4 million from $8.4 million in the same period a year ago.

IPAR develops, manufactures and distributes prestige perfumes and cosmetics as the exclusive worldwide licensee for Burberry, Van Cleef & Arpels, Jimmy Choo, Paul Smith, Montblanc, S.T. Dupont and Boucheron. IPAR also owns Lanvin Perfumes and Nickel, a men's skin care company.

CTS, CTS Corporation

** CTS reported that CTS Automotive Products was awarded a new production program to supply brushless motor-driven actuators for active air grill shutter systems.

The actuators will be sold to a new tier one customer for CTS who supplies the active air grill shutter system to a major U.S. based automotive company. Total revenues over the life of the initial four-year program are expected to be approximately $30 million.

The actuators will be manufactured in CTS' Elkhart, Indiana facility with deliveries beginning in late 2012.
