Force holds a 50% working interest of the County Line Energy Corp. interest in the Hayter Well located in Alberta, Canada. The Company has two wholly owned subsidiaries, FRC Exploration Ltd. (FRC) and Nuance Exploration Ltd. (NEL). As of November 30, 2010, Force had expanded its business model to include the exploration of mineral properties. County Line Energy Corp. is the operator of the Hayter well. As of November 30, 2010, Hayter well had been cased and cemented in anticipation of the completion of the drill program. As of November 30, 2010, the Company had not generated any revenues.
