For the first quarter of 2012, Patrick Industries, Inc. (Nasdaq:PATK) posted net sales of $102.7 million, a 47.8% increase year over year, and net income of $5.0 million or $0.47 per diluted share, an increase of $6.2 million or $0.60 per diluted share, over the net loss of $1.2 million or $0.13 per diluted share in the same period the prior year.
