** PAY reported financial results for its fourth quarter fiscal 2011, posting Non-GAAP net revenues of $416 million, compared to $317 million in the previous quarter and $276 million for the comparable period a year ago.
Non-GAAP net revenues for the full year ended October 31, 2011, were $1,310 million, a 31% increase over the $1,002 million result for the full year ended October 31, 2010.

** MG reported that it has been awarded a multi-year contract to provide traditional and advanced Non Destructive Evaluation services by The Shaw Group. The facility, which will utilize Westinghouse AP1000 technology, is part of a planned expansion of the Plant Vogtle nuclear generation station in Waynesboro, Ga.
The services will support the inspection requirements of the first new nuclear units awarded in the U.S. in the last three decades.
The Non Destructive Evaluation Services include Radiographic Testing Gamma and X-Ray (including Digital and Computed Radiography), Liquid Penetrant Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Ultrasonic Testing, Ultrasonic Thickness Testing and Automated Ultrasonic Testing.
