** CDXS reported that it has signed an Exclusive Negotiation Agreement with Shell.

Under this agreement, Shell has agreed to negotiate exclusively with CDXS through September 1, 2012 the terms of a new agreement under which Shell would grant to CDXS certain rights and licenses in the biofuels field to develop and sell cellulase enzymes to third parties on a worldwide basis, except Brazil.

CDXS has exclusive rights to commercialize its cellulase enzyme technology in all other fields.

CDXS is a developer of cost-advantaged processes for the production of biofuels, bio-based chemicals, and pharmaceutical intermediates.

** Aerojet, a GY company, reported that it was one of a number of firms selected to develop engineering demonstrations and risk reduction concepts for NASA's Space Launch System (SLS).

Aerojet's "Full-Scale Combustion Stability Demonstration" solution was geared at improving the affordability, reliability and performance of an advanced booster for SLS.

This selection is expected to result in a firm-fixed price contract with a period of performance beginning on or about Oct. 1, 2012 and ending on March 31, 2015.
