Excluding merger related expenses, fourth quarter 2010 adjusted EBITDA from continuing operations was $163.4 million.

Jo-Ann Stores, Inc. (NYSE:JAS) reported that net sales for the fourth quarter ended January 29, 2011, increased 3.6% to $624.1 million compared to $602.2 million for the same period last year.
